

張平平,1987年生。2013年7月,碩士畢業(yè)于西安建筑科技大學(xué)材料加工工程專業(yè),現(xiàn)為材料加工工程專業(yè)在讀博士。

2018年6月加入湘潤科技,自2019年7月至今,在鈦帶事業(yè)部負(fù)責(zé)鈦帶材技術(shù)質(zhì)量工作,現(xiàn)任鈦帶事業(yè)部主任工程師。
He joined Xrun Tech in June 2018 and has been responsible for the technical quality of titanium strip materials in the Titanium Strip Business Division since July 2019. He currently serves as the Chief Engineer of the Titanium Strip Business Division.

從象牙塔進(jìn)入工作崗位,2013年-2018年期間,他參與多個國家重大科技項目,在鈦行業(yè)核心刊物發(fā)表三篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,兩度獲評“個人先進(jìn)”。2017年11月被授予“金屬材料工程師”專業(yè)技術(shù)稱號。
After entering the workforce from school, from 2013 to 2018, he participated in multiple national major science and technology projects, published three academic papers in core journals of the titanium industry, and was twice awarded as an advanced individual. In November 2017, he was granted the professional technical title of "Metal Materials - Engineer".
2018年6月加入湘潤科技。從新疆哈密出發(fā),他在全國各地的軋制廠進(jìn)行設(shè)備調(diào)研,研讀設(shè)備參數(shù)。熟知熱軋軋輥溫度變化對鈦帶材精度的影響,核對冷軋機(jī)組的張力控制系統(tǒng)等。在各地的生產(chǎn)車間,他整理了內(nèi)容翔實的參數(shù)分析筆記,這些來自一線的實測數(shù)據(jù),不僅建立了對不同型號軋機(jī)的直觀認(rèn)知,更使他深刻理解到設(shè)備參數(shù)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量之間的動態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)。比如在處理高強(qiáng)度合金軋制時,哪怕是0.1毫米的輥縫調(diào)整,都會對鈦帶材的板形與精度產(chǎn)生影響。
He joined Xrun Tech in June 2018. Starting from Hami, Xinjiang, he conducted equipment research and studied equipment parameters in rolling mills across the country. Be familiar with the impact of temperature changes in hot rolling rolls on the accuracy of Ti coil, and verify the parameters of the tension control system of the cold rolling mill. In production workshops across the country, he compiled detailed parameter analysis notes based on field measurements. These not only established an intuitive understanding of different types of rolling mills, but also enabled him to deeply comprehend the dynamic relationship between equipment parameters and product quality. For example, when processing high-strength alloy rolling, even adjusting the roll gap by 0.1 millimeters can have an impact on the Plate shape and precision of the coil.
作為鈦帶材加工的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員,他不僅精通熱軋、熱處理、冷軋、拉矯等流程工藝的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點,更具備從生產(chǎn)后端逆向追溯至海綿鈦選型、鑄錠熔煉參數(shù)、板坯鍛造工藝等上游環(huán)節(jié)的核心數(shù)值辨析能力,形成了貫穿全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的技術(shù)把控思維。
As a professional technician in titanium strip processing, he is not only proficient in the key quality control points of processes such as hot rolling, annealing, pickling, cold rolling, and straightening of titanium strips, but also has the ability to analyze core parameters from the production backend to upstream links such as sponge titanium selection, ingot melting parameters, and slab forging processes, forming a technical control concept that runs through the entire industry chain.
在多年技術(shù)經(jīng)驗沉淀中,他致力于鈦帶材產(chǎn)品技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的系統(tǒng)積累與深度分析,推動建立從原料入廠、材料成形到成品交付的全鏈條技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理體系,有效提升了鈦帶材產(chǎn)品的整體品質(zhì),保障了產(chǎn)品批次穩(wěn)定性。

專業(yè)成果方面,他參與編寫鈦帶材各環(huán)節(jié)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)公司內(nèi)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件 20 余份;翻譯、整理 AMS(航空材料規(guī)范)和 ASTM(美國材料與試驗協(xié)會)英文標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 20 余份,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外最新產(chǎn)品技術(shù)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),轉(zhuǎn)化形成 10 余份適配企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)內(nèi)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件。

在新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)領(lǐng)域,他多次參與新疆自治區(qū)重點技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目及公司自主研發(fā)項目,主要負(fù)責(zé)鈦帶軋制成形技術(shù)研究工作,相關(guān)成果在多家行業(yè)權(quán)威刊物發(fā)表。累計申報三項發(fā)明專利,兩度參與稀有金屬行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編寫與起草。2023 年榮獲公司 “優(yōu)秀技術(shù)人員” 稱號。
